What About Apple Watch?

From what we’ve been seeing lately, it seems like Apple Watch apps on TikTok are still on the race to find the first consistently viral format.

Livity is a sleep, health, and fitness tracker with 30K downloads and $30K in revenue, launched in April 2024.

We identified 15 TikTok accounts posting content for Livity. And although they started posting for the app in 2024, the first real breakthrough posts did not appear until the end of 2025.

Their content is centered almost entirely around the Apple Watch experience.

“Y’all, I think you’ve been using your Apple Watch wrong” → 1.6M views

Despite the high number of views, the ER% remains consistently low, which strongly indicates that the views are likely not organic.

Across all Apple Watch apps we’ve analyzed, none have shown a solid performance across time, at least not when compared to the engagement we see in adjacent niches.

StressWatch: AI Stress Monitor->3 videos + 2.15M total views = 4.90% ER

PulseBuddy AI: Stress Monitor->9 videos + 4.41M total views = 4.04% ER

PeakWatch: AI Personal Trainer->16 videos + 2.96M total views = 2.90% ER
