How One Study App Reached 197M Views Across Six Languages

An AI flashcard app is closing in on 200M views with a network of 50+ creator accounts built around study advice.

The network spans Spanish med students, Italian university creators, Polish AI influencers, and study creators in English, French, and Swedish.

They all started promoting the same app within the same 3-month window.

Flashka turns notes and PDFs into flashcards, quizzes, and study sessions.

It launched on iOS in November 2025, hit Google Play in March 2026, and last month crossed $40K MRR and 70K downloads.

Where it started

Flashka started in late 2023 after students David Djokovic and Simone De Marchi got tired of making flashcards by hand for exams.

After David jokingly asked developer Stefan Djokovic to build a tool that could generate them automatically, the idea turned into a prototype. They teamed up, refined it with student feedback, and turned Flashka into a company in early 2024.

Why they went after med students

At least 13 of the 51 creator usernames contain “med,” “medtech,” or “medicine.” Medical students have some of the heaviest memorization loads of any student group, studying hundreds of pages for single exams.

Flashcards are practically mandatory.

The creators who drove the numbers

@notes.by.eliii leads the dataset with 34.3M views posting in Spanish. Her best hook, “ahora entiendo porque todos se están borrando ChatGPT” (“now I understand why everyone is deleting ChatGPT”) hit 5.3M views and 140K saves by framing ChatGPT as the problem and Flashka as the discovery.

A second video, “tia pero como sacaste tan buena nota si casi no estudias” (“girl how did you get such a good grade if you barely studied”) opens with a selfie at her desk before cutting to an app demo.

The video turns a compliment about her grades into an app reveal.

@alejandromeseg has 20.4M views and an 18.4% viral rate posting as a med student.

His slideshows open in his medical uniform, often ranking specialties or sharing study methods, before introducing Flashka as the tool he personally uses.

His most viral slideshow tells students that without apps like Flashka “vas a sufrir seguro” (you will definitely suffer).

@gianlucadoesmed runs a similar angle in Italian with 18.9M views, spending several minutes walking through exam prep before the app ever appears.

His hook “ripeto 822 pagine per il mio esame di cardio” (“I’m reviewing 822 pages for my cardiology exam”) does not mention Flashka at all.

@flashka_ai_pl posts in Polish using an AI-generated girl and averages 183K views per video across 6.1M total.

Her top video, “The craziest things I learned in medical school,” hit 1.7M.

The AI-generated format performs just as well as the human creators.

How they scaled it

The creator styles vary, but the content follows the same pattern.

The network includes faceless notebook videos, med student vlogs, selfie slideshows, AI influencers, ChatGPT hooks, and exam-stress content all running in parallel.

Flashka reached 197 million views by adapting the same handful of ideas to different creators, languages, and audiences across six countries.
