A creator just crossed 90M views with one very strange AI format.
@kimtwincute started posting at the beginning of February 2026. In less than two months, the account reached 49M views on TikTok and 42M on Instagram, generating more than 90M views across just 165 videos.
The crazy part is that the biggest hits all came within a ten-day stretch, from February 14 to February 24, and they all had the exact same hook:
“Eating with sis!”
The most viewed one hit nearly 22M views.
The setup is always almost identical. Two AI-generated siblings share one body with two heads and sit down to eat breakfast together. The sister complains that the brother is eating too fast. He replies that it does not matter because they share the same stomach. That is the whole bit.
From there, the videos keep repeating the same visuals too. The brother is styled to look polished and attractive, while the sister is given acne, rougher skin, or other features that create an obvious contrast. At the end of each video, the sister says they were generated by ArcadsAI, the site being promoted.
But even with that disclosure, the comments are still full of people asking whether the video is real.
