Last time we covered Sorce, the story was mostly about one creator.
@careerdave was doing most of the heavy lifting with one format he kept repeating: job-hunt frustration first, then relief through Sorce’s swipe-based job feed.
Now that format is spreading.
Over the last two months, around 10 new accounts have started posting. You can spot them by the @career.[name] usernames.
They all seem to be pushing the same Tinder-for-jobs format, but with a sharper opening: a UGC-style reaction before the product enters.
It’s a smart way to catch attention. Instead of starting directly with the app, you start with a feeling people will recognize/relate to.

“I could KISS the girl who showed me this” paired with “after applying to over 1300 jobs”, it did 259K views
