A gamified fitness mascot tracker just went from 30K downloads & $10K MRR to 50K downloads & $40K MRR in 30 days.
Luvu is a marshmallow companion who works like a fitness tracker. Launched in August 2025, it focuses on building a routine of home workouts.
The crazy part is the fact that they only needed one single video to achieve this insane overnight growth.
Ambassador Emily Aujero, who goes by @glowwith.em on TikTok, posted a home-workout clip with the hook:
“me imagining how tea body will be after secretly doing my little at home workouts consistently every night”
The video hit 6.7M views, 121K bookmarks, and over 25% engagement rate.
What stands out is how little the app is actually pushed in the video itself, but still converts.
A few days later, the app’s tiktok page re-used the video and managed to hit 1M views.
There’s no direct promo in the video. The only mentions are subtle: a hashtag and a bio reference. Yet the top comments show clear intent, people asking about the app and how to get it.

Now the opportunity is clear: turn one viral moment into a repeatable format for more creators before it fades.
