High Protein Content, Low Organic Views

This week we’ve looked at several apps trying the same playbook: align with creators in your niche and hope their content drives growth.

And today we found another example.

The Nourish App is a site that helps users discover healthy food options and suppliers connected to the Nourish app.

To expand distribution, they’ve partnered with @nourishwithrosa_, a certified Instagram creator known for high protein meals, simple recipes, and healthy living.

She also runs a TikTok account, and in 2025 she shifted her content toward showing meals with protein levels displayed on‑screen.

But the post was boosted.

“10 HIGH PROTEIN DINNER IDEAS”-7M views, 616 comments

Maybe it’s time for her to use the same format that’s already working well for her on Instagram.

The videos are getting a lot of comments relative to their view count.

On IG, she films the recipe, highlights how few minutes it takes, and shows the calorie count.

“POV: you need a 15‑minute dinner”->42.9k Views, 658 comments

“Spiced chicken skewers, herby rice + garlic yogurt, 42g protein”->75.1K views, 787 comments

But here’s the catch-> Microgram already tested this exact format, as we covered in this article, and it still didn’t drive organic reach.

“260 calories for the entire blueberry cake”->4.6M Views, 456 comments

The format may just need a low calorie number to have the same impact as her Instagram posts.
