Trip BFF is an app we’ve covered a bunch of times. Over the last year, they built a large creator network with 200+ accounts tied to the brand, even if not all of them are still active.
They’ve been good at constantly testing new hooks, format and new creator angles.
We tracked 52 creator accounts in 2026 none of which are dated in March so far.
The newer accounts did find one format that worked: face-led travel advice slideshows.
Creators use a hook like “apps I use RELIGIOUSLY as a girl that’s been to 43+ countries”, then swipe through a stack of travel apps with quick explanations and screenshots. TripBFF appears as one useful app inside the bundle.
One post using this format hit 1.5M views on January 20, 2026. But that same account has not posted since February 2 @scarlet.excursion
@abroad.essentialss a recent account, replicated the exact same format and did 145.8k views.
They seem to have found a slideshow format that works well and could easily be repeatable across their network but overall they seem to be less consistent, and much less aggressive than earlier TripBFF phases.
I guess it’s your turn to test the format.
