The website gofincast.com is a free US platform that compares mortgage offers to help consumers find better terms.
The site has a TikTok network of 32 creator accounts. They posted a few videos in January 2025, but they did not start posting consistently until October.
All videos follow the same angle->unexpected costs and financial struggles when buying a home, always told through personal stories.
“So nobody told me about the $10,000 I would spend after closing my house” → 450.1K views, 717 comments
The videos don’t have many views yet, the account is still in an early TikTok phase.
But some posts show very high ER% despite lower reach:
“Homeownership didn’t break me… the extra fees did” → 138.7K views, 1,404 comments
To put Fincast’s early TikTok performance into context, here’s how other apps in the same category are performing.
