About eight months ago, a new app called Dawdle AI joined the world of productivity and digital well-being.
Even though the app is still new, it’s already delivering results much like its competitors.
The app runs three accounts and has reached 771.2K views.

One of those accounts belongs to the founder, who posted a video that sparked a huge buzz in the comments.
The video above racked up 376.8K views, 63.9K likes, 891 comments, and 5,317 bookmarks.
The video is a headshot-style clip with her talking straight to the camera, using catchy captions as hooks. Rather than focusing on the app itself, she plays up its message in a dramatic and over-the-top way, though in the video description she makes it clear she’s joking.

People are in on the joke and playing along.
Another post that caught people’s attention was a slideshow the founder shared, highlighting what she worked on that week to build the app.
That video collected 376.8K views, 932 likes, 134 comments, and 299 bookmarks.
The first slide starts with a strong hook that grabs attention. She hints there’s a secret at the end, which makes people want to watch the whole video to see what it is.
Hook : “My startup’s progress through the week (With a secret at the end)”
The @dawdleapp account has a cool format, but it’s not getting much engagement overall.
Overall, the app hasn’t generated many views, but the secret might be to create more videos like the first format, more motivational, headshot-style clips.
