Sleep Tracker Video Hits 65M Views & 170K Comments

Launched in 2024, Quest: Sleep Better Tonight looks like a simple sleep app at first glance.

On TikTok, though, it exploded, pulling in millions of views by pushing content that goes beyond the app’s core features, building prolific channels with long term views.

The app runs just one TikTok account, created in April 2025.

That single account has already generated an impressive 245.2 million views.

Everything revolves around one repeatable format.

Each video opens with an AI clip about the human body, completely unrelated to sleep.

Moments later, it cuts to the app’s content with a short, catchy good night message.

That opening hook does all the heavy lifting.

One video posted seven months ago reached 65.1 million views and made 170,600 comments.

Despite the unrelated opening, most comments come from people admitting they are still awake, even though it is late at night.

The posts timing is key here.

This app did not blow up just because it helps people sleep. It blew up because of how it is packaged. Unexpected AI clips hook viewers, and the calm good night message closes the loop.
