Millions of young men are fighting porn addiction.
On TikTok, the topic has blown up.
“Quit porn” videos go viral all the time.
And every November, the buzz peaks with No Nut November, the popular challenge that pushes people to stay away from porn and masturbation for the whole month.
For apps in this space, that trend is pure gold.
Searches increase, motivation goes up, and social feeds overflow with challenge-related content.

This year, Overcomer was the first to really ride this wave.
They’re a small player with only about 10K monthly downloads:
Yet right now they’re ranking above mainstream apps like QUITRR and Unchaind.
Currently, Overcomer sits at #64 in Health & Fitness, while QUITRR is at #80 and Unchaind trails at #240.
It was out of the top 500 just a few days ago.
Their jump came from one smart move: a single viral video tied to the trend.
They partnered with a TikTok creator and streamer with 3.7M followers, and an audience of mostly Gen Z guys.
“No Nut November is in 4 days” 1.9M views / 6.8K comments / 30K saves
In it, the creator promises to pay $100 to anyone who completes the challenge and proves it through the “Overcomer” app.
That hook instantly got the community interested in installing the app. Most of the viewers already wanted to join the challenge, so it worked as both motivation and reward.
We’ll keep tracking this niche as it hits its golden month.
