Period App Hits 8M Views Across 3 TikTok Niches

What if one app could win three different TikTok feeds without turning into three different products?

Mia is a women’s health app that includes three trackers in one: pregnancy, baby, and menstrual cycle.

Across six TikTok accounts, they’ve made ~8M views. The move was to run separate accounts for different niches, each using hooks and formats that feel native to that audience.

Around October 2025, @maternityway found the first repeatable play: relatable “pregnancy symptoms” clips.

Their main page @mia.app.pregnancy went viral too, but faceless:

A “Pregnancy stages” slideshow hit 1.4M views (Dec 18, 2025).

Baby content became a second content option, with occasional spikes:

Your baby is 3 Months Old!” hit 400K views (Oct 5, 2025).

Now, in 2026, they look to be shifting the lead toward the menstrual cycle tracker to reach people beyond pregnancy.

The naming reflects that change: Android still shows “Mia: Pregnancy. Breastfeeding,” while the App Store lists “Mia: Menstrual Period Tracker.”

They’re increasing menstrual cycle content on the main page while keeping pregnancy content alive on the other accounts:

The question is whether TikTok will follow that shift. It might be a wider market, but it’s also definitely a more competitive one.
