HeightFuel has been changing the way people feel every day, helping them stand taller and improve their posture since launching, just 86 days ago.
The app is running 5 accounts and has gathered 57M views on TikTok so far.
All the accounts use the same format, but @heightfuel stands out because it gets by far the most engagement.
This account shares three types of content that are getting tons of views, mostly slideshows with AI-created illustrations.
The most popular videos kick off with the hook, “Habits that make you grow taller.” Each slide shows a habit, a matching illustration, and a quick line that explains it.
This video got over six thousand comments, and many people were skeptical about the tips it shared.

This version also got a lot of views. It used the same style of illustrations but flipped the hook to the opposite: “Habits that make you shorter.”
Unlike the first video, this one got comments from people thanking them for the tips and saying they want to try them out.

This version still uses a slideshow with AI-made illustrations, but it’s a little simpler to show that the topic is different. It’s about guessing a person’s height based on how tall their parents are.
This video got the most comments, with people posting their own height guesses in reply.

The other accounts use the same format with different illustrations, but their hooks convey the same idea as the others, just phrased differently.
Like ‘Unusual Habits Killing HEIGHT GROWTH’ or ‘Signs You Will Grow WAY Taller.’
This subtle difference makes a big impact: the videos aren’t as clear or catchy, so they didn’t get as many views.
