4 months ago, they launched a new travel‑tracking app, Landa — Travel Tracker.
They are still running everything from a single TikTok account, which is already testing three different formats to spot their best bet moving forward.
#Format 1 – Pinterest‑Style Slideshow
1ª photo-> A girl captured from behind as she travels.
2ª photo-> photo of the app.
“If I won the lottery I wouldn’t tell anyone” → 1,586 views
“She got” → 1,294 views
Format 2 – Multi‑Country Photo Montages
Slideshow format in which every slide features 3 photos taken in a different country.
One slide per country.
The hook is always the same.
“oh to be traveling the world” → 7,126 views
1,070 views
Format 3 – Screen Recordings
Short screen recordings showing the app in action.
“Realising how little of the world you’ve actually seen” → 6,123 views
“Would you say this is someone who has traveled a lot?” → 73.3K views
Even though this third format performs the best, overall engagement is still low and only shows the first signs of traction.
But the team isn’t new to the TikTok game, so it’s probably a matter of time until they find the way. We’ll keep you on the loop.
