This $20k MRR AI language app just reached 34.4M views with one hit format on repeat, and they didn’t hire a single ambassador.
Univerbal was released in 2022 and brands itself as an ” AI language tutor app”. The website states, “Univerbal adapts to you and creates a curriculum just for you, based on your skills and progress. Learn on your schedule.”
But up until 6 months ago, they weren’t doing much for distribution. Now, they’re running five accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Hook: “ Don’t tell me what language you speak, I’ll guess it in 5 questions.”
Of course, a lot of these videos “interview” someone who works with them
Like this one:

She’s working with them, and in other videos, she’s the interviewer.
6 out of 7 most viral videos are from YouTube Shorts:

Uses the same Ask 5 questions to guess the language they speak hook.
And all videos end with this CTA:
“Do you like learning other languages?”
“Then you can download your AI personal tutor with Univerbal”
Pro tip: If you wanna recreate this format, you can do it fully AI.
