Format 1: The AI Ambassador
Early on, Flibbo used an AI character as the “creator.”
The character writes the prompt, reacts to the output, and sells it as something anyone can recreate if they follow the guide.

Format 2: Viral clip + app tutorial
Their core strategy is simple.
They find a viral video concept that already has millions of views, remake it, then add a quick tutorial so viewers can re-do it.
The app is shown as the tool that makes the viral result easy to do.
One example: an AI creator posted a POV scene with movie characters in a wooden shack. It hit 44.4M views on Dec 19, 2025.
Flibbo posted a very similar version soon after, then added a “how to” segment. It highlighted the prompt and ended with a direct call to download the app. That one reached 1.1M views on Dec 30, 2025.
They essentially start with a proven viral scene, reveal the prompt, then show how to generate it in the app.
