High Engagement, Low Adoption: The Benable Case

Benable is a recommendation app where creators share curated lists of products, places, or services. Before launching the app, the brand operated exclusively through the website.

The first signs of organic traction on TikTok started showing up near the end of 2024.

A creator posted on the @benable_hq account using shot where she talks about the brands associated with the platform.

4.3M views.

A year later, another video went viral, this time with a creator showing how she repurposed clothing into a new piece.

“everyone was asking how I made this skirt” -> 3.2M views

Consistent with what we found for Codibook, transformation‑based outfit content tends to outperform other formats.

Despite these spikes, the app currently sits at around 20K downloads.

Probably because on TikTok, their call to action still consistently sends people to the website, not the app.
