A new “Duolingo for screen time” is running an early UGC wave.
ReBrain is an “earn your scroll” screen-time app that turns habits into unlocks.
Behind it stands an Instagram-led 32-account system (18 Instagram + 14 TikTok), that totals ~23M views.
Instagram drives the majority of that reach (~84%), while TikTok is a smaller share.
Not all of those views are app-promo views.

The clearest “main character” page is @rebrainapp.
On January 5, 2025, it hit 1.7M views with an anti doomscrolling format:
“I learned this trick from an elderly nurse!“
The biggest recent spike, however, came from @adhdbrainn.
On December 13, 2025, it hit 2.7M views on Instagram and 1.6M on TikTok with a highly relatable ADHD line, but it wasn’t an app promo:
“the craziest part about having ADHD is learning that normal people’s brains filter this noise out“
The real conversion moment came from the supposed founder persona @ulirebrain, where the content actually includes a demo.
Sipping coffee -> App demo:
“LMAO gen z made an app that abuses you to do tasks to unlock scroll. we are cooked” hit 1.9M views on August 8, 2025.
ReBrain is winning attention through identity-led content (especially ADHD), but the app isn’t consistently attached to the videos.
They should keep the winning hooks, but make the demo non negotiable.
