Brainly’s Exam Season Reboot

If you remember Brainly, they hit 25 million views in 90 days back in May.

Since then, they have built a network of over 30 accounts.

After pausing in June, they have restarted around October 20, fully ready for exam season.

This time, they’re mostly working with new creators, but results have been limited.

Only one video has crossed 300K views, and it doesn’t even mention the app.

The next best performer is sitting at around 40K views.

They’re leaning into an engagement farming, pre-exam manifestation tactic where students comment variations of “claim”.

So far, it hasn’t worked very well, but they could still see a breakout closer to exams.

That said, the content quality feels lower than their previous creator batch.

It could also be that Studytok is getting more competitive for apps this year, and the bar for standout content is simply higher.
