Same Demo, Faceless Won

Shufl is using the same product demo in two different TikTok formats.

One creator starts with a close-up reaction hook:

“Deleting Spotify after finding THIS!!!”- 148.9k views

Then the video cuts into the actual demo: the phone screen with the iPod-style interface.

The second creator removes the face completely. It is just a hand-held phone demo with text over the screen:

“This and NEVER using Spotify again”- 507.3k views

Both versions work because the product demo is hidden inside a bigger cultural frame: people are tired of Spotify.

The reaction version gives it more emotion.
The faceless version makes it easier to replicate at scale.

That is the useful part for apps. You do not need one perfect UGC style. The same product angle can become a creator reaction, a faceless demo, a POV, or a “replacement” video.

For music, photo, productivity, or social apps, the hook is:

“deleting [default app] after finding this”

Then the demo only has to prove one thing fast: why this feels better than the app everyone already uses.
