How a Saudi Study App Hit 120M+ Views With Arabic Faceless Content

Bites is an AI all-in-one study app from Saudi Arabia. Last month, it reached $30K MRR and 20K downloads.

Today, the app sits inside the Top 100 for Education across North Africa and the Middle East. A big reason why is its faceless short-form strategy in Arabic.

On Instagram, the main account has 180K followers and generated 68.5M views. On TikTok, it has 114K followers and generated 60M views.

Together, that is more than 120M views coming from a very simple system: notebook-style faceless videos, strong study hooks in Arabic, and quick app demos that show exactly how the product helps students.

The best-performing video passed 10M views (Apr 9, 2025).

Its long Arabic hook translates roughly to:

“Why am I only just finding out there’s an app that summarizes your courses, quizzes you, listens to you, explains things to you…”

That alone was enough to drive serious attention and convert thousands of students.

Another strong version used a POV hook and reached 3.8M views on October 11, 2025:

“POV: when you know which professor is coming to the exam before everyone else”

Again, the structure is simple. Start with a student-specific tension point, then let the app demo resolve it.

More recently, the team seems to have tested a smaller English-language UGC push and even created separate main pages for English content.

But those pages did not really take off and later became inactive.

The real engine here is Arabic faceless study content, repeated consistently, in a market where the message lands harder and the competition is thinner.

Bites is becoming a go-to study app for Arabic-speaking students by leveraging a market everyone is still underestimating.
