The Faceless Discipline Pages That Got 12M Views

A discipline tracker hit ~12M views by running one faceless Instagram page and one faceless TikTok page, and letting the content feel fully organic.

Pattrn is a discipline tracker built around a 60-day challenge, with an AI coach layered in to keep users accountable. It launched in February 2025 and did 9K downloads last month.

Across simply one Instagram and TikTok faceless page with the app’s handle, they managed to hit 12M+ views.

Two videos (one in each platform) stick out for their virality.

On Instagram, they hit 2.1M views on 9 January, 2026, with:

“5 Simple Rules to Master Yourself” -> A faceless short video with generic rules: When you are “x”, do “y”.

The video doesn’t include an app promo in itself, only in the caption.

On TikTok, they hit 3.2M views and 186K bookmarks with:

“6 harsh truths that finally made me grow up”.

Same idea, but as a slideshow.

These slideshows worked very well on TikTok, averaging an insanely high (~20%) engagement rate.

These posts are already doing the hard part (reach + saves).

Even a light, consistent on-screen mention inside the slides would likely turn more of that intent into installs.
