Praktika is a language‑learning app launched in 2022, currently making around $1M in MRR across ~400,000 new monthly downloads.
On TikTok, they are running a network of seven accounts.
The biggest is @paprikaquestions, sitting at 67.9M views, built around a creator who, some days, learns English through the app, and other days, offers quick lessons.
By now, this format is standard in the category, and it consistently works.
- HelloTalk → 10+ accounts, 176M views, $13.2M ARR
- Teuida → 3 channels × 3 accounts, $130K MRR, 80K downloads/month, 5Mviews
But their biggest video isn’t a lesson at all. It’s a sketch from four months ago where the creator pretends to read a book in their second language.
“when i read a book in my second language but don’t want to translate the new words” → 7.7M views
We’ve seen this before, when Learna’s creators leaned heavily into it, and @carodaur hit 4.2M views with:
“When you have friends you only talk with in English, so they don’t know what a funny and smart a$$ person you actually are in your native language.”
