Stateshift is an app meant to teach body‑based tools for managing stress and anxiety.
So far, their biggest driver is @issy.stateshift, now at 10.6 million cumulative views.
For months, this creator has been using a format we’ve seen winning across the anxiety space.
Their competitor Vent Now was the first to prove it. Back then, their early growth started with a simple slideshow that listed the anxiety symptoms the creator experienced.
@issy.stateshift went for the same structure and guess what. It worked.
“You’re healthy, chill out it’s just anxiety” → 688.4K views, 1674 comments
Then she pushed the format further.
Instead of listing her symptoms, she asked the audience about theirs. That changed the whole dynamic and sparked her first true viral hit.
“Pls tell me ur scariest anxiety symptoms, I need to know I’m not alone” → 1.5M views, 6989 comments
However, TikTok formats age fast, and what worked in 2025 is already struggling in 2026.
“you’re healthy, it’s just anxiety”->1,247
The question now is whether this new version will hold up, and we’ll be watching.
