They are driving with the same “settlement alert” format, but more detailed and personal.
Creators are still opening with “there’s a class action.” But they’re adding more details like who qualifies, stacking recognizable brand names, a big dollar figure, and an eligibility list (product/models).
@sophie.saves posted one day ago about an Apple “iCloud storage” settlement and it already hit 6.7M views and 32.6K comments on Reels.
What she added was a simple conversion trick: comment-gating.
(“Comment ‘CLAIM’ and I’ll send you the link”).
A Toyota settlement clip hit 1.4M views on TikTok with 6,873 saves.
The hook is pure qualification + urgency: “Toyota drivers (current or past)… check this before it’s gone…”
