18 TikTok Accounts, 15 Languages

Europe Language Jobs has been building a multilingual TikTok presence since 2021.

It’s a job portal specialising in roles for multilingual candidates who want to work across Europe.

18 accounts, one for each market, each speaking directly in the local language.

Across these accounts, they’ve tested multiple formats over the years.

The first was faceless content about what not to include on a CV.

“Keywords to avoid using on your CV2” → 1.8M views

But none of these videos were organic on any of the accounts.

The second format showed creators talking about the jobs people can find on the site.

“Tu parles 🇫🇷 ? 📍 À distance”(Do you speak 🇫🇷? 📍 Remote) → 1.5M views

The third highlighted the different nationalities represented in their office.

“TODAS LAS NACIONALIDADES de nuestra oficina” (ALL THE NATIONALITIES in our office)→ 1.3M views

But the strongest performance came later, in 2025, from the main English‑language account, @europelanguagejobs.

That account sticks to one format, showing side-by-side comparisons of how the same sentence sounds across different languages.

And one of those clips ended up outperforming everything else across the entire network.
