Most job apps feel the same, so Getahead chose to flip the script. Instead of a traditional job board, they built a job app that works like a dating app.

On TikTok, they are using dating‑app formats to market the product, including one of the classics: the street‑interview format.

The official account, @getahead.app runs this format:

“What do you do and how much do you make?” → 11M views

“What does your husband do?” → 1.7M views

TikTok is full of dating‑style prompts:

• “What’s your worst date?”
• “What’s the biggest red flag on a date?”
