After Studley, Turbo, and others, we came across another supposed UGC powerhouse. However, it is very unbalanced, with just two accounts driving 65% of the total views.
The numbers look stronger than they really are. Nearly half the views, and likely more, come from short exam skits that do not show the app or include any call to action.
The same pattern appears across their other accounts as well. Almost all of them rely on the exact same approach.
There is only one format. You can see it by checking all their videos.
For a study app like Gauth, which reportedly generates millions in revenue and downloads every month, we would expect much more. They had the opportunity to build a true powerhouse like Studley or Turbo. This proves that capital alone does not win in this space. Strong bottom up execution is required, and that expertise is clearly missing.
