After Halo AI and Yapper AI proved that one fake photo + one emotional reaction can print tens of millions of views, another editor app just entered the game 51 days ago: Cocopix.
We’ve only found two Cocopix “prank creator” accounts so far, with the same disguise “I Love Pranking My Friends” and a CTA “since y’all keep asking about the app i use 👉🏼 cocopix“.
tt@riley.595 started posting a month ago and already pulled 12.9 M lifetime views.
And they’re using the same exact format that has already been working:
- take a normal photo
- AI-edit it into something shocking
- drop it into a text conversation
- record the reaction
AI prank-as-content. Again.
Four days ago, she posted a Cocopix prank that hit 3.4M views: “pranking my asian dad I got fat in college (he’s overacting)”
One video opening with a face close-up + reaction format also went viral with 3.2 M views:
