How One Video Hit 11 Million Views

After just three months on the market, Eat Well has started to gain some traction. Recently, one of their videos went viral on TikTok and turned quite some attention towards the app.

The app’s social media account has already reached 18.2 million views.

At the end of August, a vido by creator @jess.healthyeating racked up 11 million views, 1.5 million likes and over 3,000 comments.

The post opens with a hook that might look familiar if you’ve been following recent trends -> “You look happier”

The format is a simple slideshow made exclusively with Pinterest photos featuring meals, short captions over each dish pointing out its benefits.

Unlike most of their other videos, this one doesn’t start with a “POV”. Instead, it uses a testimonial-style hook, while the others stick to a callout format.

This video alone makes up 66.7% of their lifetime views.

All the videos use the same format. The only real difference is the hook, proving once again that riding a viral trend can easily become your entry point into a whole new market.
