Fitness App Quietly Pulling $20K MRR

Arrow, a social fitness network app was launched back in 2023.

Even with the pretty heavy competition of the fitness app world, Arrow has been managing to hold its ground among the many other options out there, stabilizing at a current $20,000 monthly recurring revenue.

Arrow’s team is managing 13 accounts, which have collected 10.8 million views so far.

Each account uses a slightly different slideshow format. The most popular video was posted in 2023 and shows never-before-seen photos of Sylvester Stallone as Rocky, together with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The video got 4,782 comments from people tagging their friends.

That same video, and a few others, were shared this year on a different account in the app, but they didn’t get much attention this time around.

Even though that video didn’t do well, some videos this year got good engagement. They kept the same format but put more focus on realistic fitness content and shared useful workout tips.

All the accounts use the same format, even if the images are different. But what really gets people to engage are the hooks.

People once enjoyed trying to look like action heroes from war movies, but now the focus is more on being fit and healthy. That might explain why reusing the exact same images and old-school aesthetic isn’t working so well in 2025.
