It turns out they’ve just found a new banger viral hook.
A banger hook is a short, one-sentence, to-the-point hook.
Theirs is “I only travel once a year.”
It did 2.6M views, showing people browsing through deals and ending with a beautiful zoom on the “tryp.com” URL.
They’ve ran it before; with more complexity in the hook which hits but the simpler version is just more elegant and direct.
They’re really hitting a nerve with this one; let’s see how much they can scale it.
