9 viral hits you missed this week

Kapi Cam

A vintage camera filter app just hit 17.5 million views on a video this week. The views might be a little boosted, but it’s clearly going viral, with nearly 2 million likes and over 1,500 comments.

The video kicks off with a quick-cut sequence of “bad pics,” jumps to a straight-up CTA, “use Kapi Cam,” and then rolls into an app demo.

They’re definitely onto something with this.

Snap It

Another camera filter app is blowing up too, this time on Instagram Reels.

A classic UGC-style intro and a quick app demo were enough to pull in 894K views.

She does the classic shocked face and drops the hook: “Every girl NEEDS this app.”

(Could photo filter apps be turning into the next AI scanner trend?)

Airlearn

Language app Airlearn just went viral with 21.7 million (!!!) views in only four days.

The creator’s been using the same format for a while: she shows up on camera crying, mascara all over her face, with the hook line reading “Why tf is Russian so hard???🥀💔💔…”

But the key here is the audio, funny and desperate while trying to pronounce the words, and the moment where she flips the camera to reveal Airlearn screen (notice the teardop).

Halo AI

I don’t think AI pranks are going away anytime soon, and some apps are literally building a TikTok strategy around this format.

Halo AI, the AI photo editor, racked up an insane 9.4M views this week with a faceless scree-recording featuring the app and a funny prank text exchange.

What’s smart is how this format makes it super easy to include a CTA right at the start, which is usually tough to pull off, especially if you’re aiming for millions of organic views.

StudyFetch

StudyFetch is back on the podium and guess what… nothing has changed.

Different creator, same format, same hook… 4.4 million views.

“Forcing myself to study by freezing my house key so I can’t go home until it melts 😛”

UCHAD

Looksmaxxing is back in full force, and so is UCHAD, a male-targeted AI face scanner.

This week they reaped 2.1 million views and over 2,000 comments with a 11-sec sequence of in-app screenshots highlighting face features for the creator’s face.

Comments are mostly people asking to be scanned next.

NomadTable

Travel app NomadTable is back with another hit, a UGC clip cleverly tied to a quick app demo by a clever hook.

“just landed in Bali and i see THIS. never deleting this app 💀💀”

The video reached 1.8 million views just four days ago.

Noise

Noise, the app that helps creators land brand deals, is doing something pretty smart in the comments.

One UGC clip hit 1.9M views with this hook: “Besides selling plasma, how are we making money aside from working a 9 to 5? I need $2,400 by Christmas LOL 😭🎄”

Now look at the comments. Someone drops a reply about the Noise app. She responds with, “What is that?” and they explain it. A few comments later, the creator herself brings it up like she’s just hearing about it and giving it a try.

Virality isn’t just about what’s in the video, and a lot of you are still sleeping on how powerful the comments section on TikTok really is.

Peech

Last but not least, an interesting spin on the angry Sora professor format we’ve been seeing blasted by every single study app.

Peech has been posting slideshows featuring a (less) angry professor and his advice.

They’ve been testing different hooks, but this is the one that took off, just three days ago, hitting 1.8 million views. The app CTA is placed on the last of the six slides.

“Toxic exam advice my professor gave us… and I hate that it actually works 💀👀”
