Last month, it pulled over $500,000 in revenue.
They are doing exceptionally well in the Philippines (#6) and have secured a spot on the Top 100 over most of Eastern Europe.
Even though the app has been around for a few years now, it only recently launched a TikTok account, registering 43.8 million views so far.
The account, @bendwithsofia, sticks to a consistent format: the creator shows different yoga poses while the hook names or highlights each one.
A common trend in the comments is the use of phrases like “Reminder” and “Flexible Tok.” These act both as a way to boost the algorithm and as motivation, showing how eager people are to start, or get back into a flexibility routine.
Three videos really stand out on the account, and they all center around stretching and flexibility.

It’s clear that hope is the emotion linking viewers to these videos, so hooks that tap into that feeling usually draw more views, an unsurprising result for a physical self-improvement app.
