Cravr is a recovery-focused app that helps users regain control over binge cycles and emotional eating.
When we last wrote about them, they were going all in on one format : raw close-ups, vulnerable hooks, food on camera, and a personal confession.
One month later, the format hasn’t changed, but their angle has.
In the last 30 days, Cravr pulled 1.9M views additional views with 20+ active accounts, bringing their lifetime view count to 10.8 M.

One creator, @j.recovering0, is noticeably ahead, with 3.6 million views.
She has been reposting variations of the same emotional hooks again and again, and somehow it keeps working. But this time they’re seasonal confession hooks.
Her most recent viral clips are loaded with holiday language.
“All I want for Christmas is to not be consumed by food noise all day…” -> 338.9K views
“All I want for Christmas is to actually heal my relationship with food…” -> 158.3K views
“My Christmas list: look like a baddie, stop binging using Cravr, cute boots” -> 195.9K views
