Found a fitness/pilates app content hack scheme.
YouTube >> TikTok SEO >> UGC accounts >> Tone AI app
9.7M views in under 2 weeks. Charting in App Store.
And they only launched 36 days ago:
Tone AI is personalized Pilates workout app, launched on Feb 17th. I found 15 accounts running on TikTok, all with app download/search CTA in bio
They started posting 15 days ago, and already got to 9.7M views:

Genius faceless format they keep rinsing and repeating endlessly
Video of creator’s (flat) stomach + series format + app name CTA
“Day 10 of doing Nikolas Pilates + Tone ai”
Before vs After (w/ in-app footage below)
This video was posted 2d ago, and:
Got 1,400,000 views, 136,000 likes, 438 comments and 48,500 saves
She’s doing a whole series with this exact format (day 10 was the most viral so far)
3.9M views in total in just 11 days tt@movewmil
More proof of this format is that:
Most viral account tt@totallynotlily77 has exact same thing
Videos are low quality (might actually work here for the ugc vibe)
Overall acc is weaker but this video got super viral => 3.3M views, 347K likes, 1.2K comments, 81K saves:
A few other formats/hooks seemed to work for them, such as:
“Me cuz I finally have my dream body thanks Tone AI”
“Happy cuz I finally have a model body thanks Tone AI”
These videos are faceful w/ young, skinny female creator
“Should I skip this exercise?
” Two videos in tt@natalia.andrea31 => 844,200 views
Genius faceless format – records computer screen workout, at first seems like the creator but it’s yt video playing
And then a bit more motivational format w/ aesthetic Pinterest photos (also faceless), like this acc tt@the.tone.app
At 93,137 views (6 videos)

I thought “Nikolas Pilates” was a style of pilates (?), but it’s not It’s a YouTube channel, first video is from 4 months ago
Already at 1.3M followers and 33,450,000 views in 23 videos
That’s 1.4M views per video on average
My theory:
YouTube channel was created and branded as Nikolas Pilates as a “new” method
Validated need for miraculous workout routine & at same time started building network of UGC accounts
Found a lot of them, none from before 2 months ago, besides this one (Dec 24)

Started multiplying UGC accounts to create a huge buzz around Nikolas Pilates and drive traffic to YT channel
Then she partnered w/ someone to develop an app around the concept and created those 15+ UGC accounts with app CTA
It’s brilliant cause users search on TikTok and get those results
Fitness and workouts live off trends, and this is a super clever way to create one and then ride it yourself before anyone else can
Will be interesting to see how well they’ll be able to convert users and monetize them in-app
