A solo founder just brought his dead app back to life and made it go viral.
And he made it by targeting a new niche with more tiktok potential.
Meet Visualize AI, a new AI design & room planner app.

Visualize AI launched in September and already reached 5K downloads.

The app was launched by solo developer Jack Brown.
He launched an app at the beginning of 2025 that failed to gain traction.
It had the same name and a similiar concept, just a different niche.

Instead of giving up, he did something smart.
Jack kept the brand name and his faceless TikTok accounts, dropped the old concept, and shifted to a new niche with high potential.
An AI interior design tool instead of an AI written visualizations app

The Zero-Cost Viral Engine
Visualize AI has made a total of 37.6M views, 359K saves and 126K shares.
And as you can see, they made almost all of them last month.

The most impressive thing is the fact that they reached this with 2 simple faceless tiktok accounts.
Their strategy is super easy to replicate.

Growth timeline
Both accounts started at different times.

visualize.ai.app started uploading content for their old app in January.
Faceless slideshows related to mindset and habits, no virality.

Then it started uploading interior design content in the end of August.
Around the same time, grow.withcasey (2nd account) uploaded its first video.
The account has already reached 19.6M views, with only 23 videos.

Virality came from 3 interior design faceless slideshows.

Hooks: “Help me choose” or “What should I do” ( on a plain room scenery)
Slides: Quick, satisfying transition reveals the different AI style possibilities

This simple faceless slideshow reached over 30K comments and 107K saves.
Meme pictures comments got a huge amount of traction and replies.

In some other videos, the creator attributes a name to each AI Slide, and subtly mentions how he does this (visualize AI)

This format variation farms engagement by receiving replies on users sharing their favourite style out of the options.

This “problem-solution” format, paired with trending audio, is working perfectly on TikTok right now.
visualize.ai.app hit the most viral video on September 19.
“Help me design my room (pls help I can’t decide)” 17M views

The slideshow reached 1.8M likes, 204K saves and ~50K comments.
Comments were a mix of style replies and meme suggestions.

The Broken Funnel and Fatal Flaw
The tiktok engine is working well and calling people to the app.
But the product itself is falling apart.
The app successfully guides users from tiktok to the App Store, through the first few free uses, and right to the subscription paywall ($5.99/week).
Users are converting, but after paying, a bug prevents the app from recognizing their subscription, locking them out of the very features they just bought.

They immediately lose their paid customers.
The viral loop is driving thousands of users to what seems like a broken product.
A Race Against Time
Visualize AI is in a critical position.
They are blowing up on tiktok with a no-cost and viral strategy, a feat that many well-funded apps fail to achieve.
On the other hand, this growth is being completely negated by a single, revenue-blocking bug that completely negates their product.
