There’s a new AI Language Learning app.
It was released on April 15th, and it’s still low on revenue and downloads (<5K).
Alexander Simpson, the founder, has launched apps before.
And for Readly, it seems like he turned a personal/niche account he had since 2023.
Posting videos of himself talking to the camera and recommending language learning apps and methods.
This account has 344K views. Since launching the app, he records himself talking about how we learned Chinese with Readly.
He then cloned his own account, and started a brand new one, also under his name:
And expanding the brand beyond his own face, he decided to hire the first ambassador, which already went viral since she started (May 20th):
This video reached 183K views, 16K likes and 146 comments asking for app name/pricing/features.
