Pingo AI was released at the end of 2024 as a “language practice partner and speaking tutor.” Their website promises you can “Learn a Language 5x Faster by Speaking with AI.”

People have been catching on because they have $25,000 MRR and 50K users in just under 5 months of TikTok marketing.

Michael, the college student founder, posted the first video on TikTok 1 day after launching. Then, he scaled 12 different accounts to 9,979,311 views; 4 accounts on Instagram and the rest on TikTok.

Guess which language had the biggest breakthrough video?

Here’s the format:

> Guy uses Pingo AI to order something in Korean

> App answers in Korean (he doesn’t understand)

> Then he asks Pingo AI to explain what it just said

Boom, 1.6M views. They double down:

The first one is the only account posting faceless content, and it’s also the one with the highest engagement rates.

They often mention other apps in between that don’t compete directly with Pingo AI to give the page more organic vibes.
