Those three independent accounts are running the exact same faceless strategy, recording their laptops and driving users to Spotify playlists.
They accumulated a total of 10M views.
This account, “james.playlist” (https://www.tiktok.com/@james.playlists/), started with 5 saves and now has 96,121 saves on its playlist.

That growth came from 6.5M views on a single account.

The hook is: “Making the most soul-crushing playlist in the entire universe, drop the most soul-crushing songs you know and I might add them…”
This is clever because it also works as an engagement farming hook.
The entire account follows this same approach, asking the community to send songs so they can be added, and the viral loop kept going for 3 months.
Another account, https://www.tiktok.com/@ash.ketchum.playlists, is using the exact same strategy
His playlist already has 6.5k saves and he only started a month and a half ago.
A third account, https://www.tiktok.com/@nohgl.playlists/, has 68k saves.

Although these three accounts are using the same strategy, they seem independent from one another.
It’s a very interesting growth hack that could scale significantly since it is completely faceless. However, you still need someone to handle comments, possibly with the same engagement hack being used here.
