There are plenty of healthy recipe pages out there, but @reborn_nutrition managed to land four hit videos in just four months, with the biggest one hitting 4.2 million views.
In just three months, they posted 128 videos and racked up 15.3 million views in total.

Format 1
The most viral video uses a simple format, just a slideshow made up of 16 photos.
The video includes three types of photos: a cover image, pictures of the dishes, and a slide showing the dish description.
The video opens with the hook “healthy food is boring…”. It’s paired with a photo of a tasty-looking dish (the kind anyone could take), followed by a slide listing the ingredients plus the macros.
This pattern repeats through the rest of the video.
The video gets flooded with comments — some say the real problem isn’t that healthy food is boring, it’s that it costs too much. Others are just amazed by how good the dishes look.
What makes it work is the mix of natural, good-looking photos and info that’s easy to follow.
Format 2
On this other video, they stick to the same format, a slideshow, starting with a Pinterest photo. The hook introduces an idea that sounds impossible at first.
Hook: “Here’s what clean eating actually looks like”
Each slide shows a dish that looks like it came straight from Pinterest, with a hook at the top pointing out the benefits of its ingredients.
Format 3
The video is a slideshow of close-up dessert shots, each with a short hook at the top saying what it is. What really pulls people in is the photos.
They skip the recipe on purpose, which gets people talking in the comments.
The video pulled in 2 million views, along with 200.8K likes, 378 comments, and 101K saves.
Format 4
The fourth video is a slideshow that could use some tweaks. Each slide shows a dish with ingredients and macro details, but it didn’t do as well.
The photos aren’t zoomed in, there’s too much text, which makes the video harder to follow and less engaging.
