From a massive launch flop…
…to 100K downloads & $20K MRR in just 90 days:
(spoiler: yes, it’s a new Bible app)
A new bible app called, Faithy
It had a rough start
I spotted them ages ago (hello, hello, bible queen). At the time they were making no money and no views
Suddenly, they took a turn:

Last month they had 100K downloads and $20K revenue (iOS + Android)
It’s the first time I’ve seen them gaining any traction at all
Before I tell you what happened, let’s roll back a bit:
Faithy was released 10 months ago. It’s an AI Bible app, just like all the other hundreds in the market
At first, they started building a huge network of accounts on TikTok and Reels
26 accounts, a ton of formats, 3 or 4 languages…

…but no views!
End of last year (December), they took a wild bet
And in the span of 6 weeks, hired 21 new ambassadors for TikTok
That’s almost double what they had before:

How, you ask?
They started to streamline all formats per account:
tt@claire.faithy23 => faceless biblical slideshows + in-app
tt@daniellegofaith => face, “do you have 1 min to pray together”
tt@abigail.faithy => faceless bible x studytok
All accounts are publicly available on Shortimize:
They even went as far as:
https://app.shortimize.com/c/2b103BfK80T6fm
Creating a Ghibli studio format account:
One of their accounts went crazy well and…

Became their overall #2 after just 60 days
tt@juan.faithy => 647,700 views
I assure you, you’re not ready for this format…
It’s the exact copy of Pray Screen, remember them?
They went viral a while ago with this NSFW temptation format:

Yes, you don’t need:
1) to worry about getting original content
2) to vary formats every day (they have the exact same setup + angle)
And a final lesson on consistency:
All these formats and testing mean nothing if you’re going to give up after 2 weeks
Just a while ago, they had only 2 viral videos and 20K downloads
Now they’ve 5x that:
