HeyGod: Bible Chat & Devotionals is a new faith-based app that launched just a day ago.
It’s already ranked #82 in the App Store’s Reference section, with fewer than 5,000 downloads and earnings under $5,000.
Even though the app launched yesterday, its TikTok account, created on the 9th, has already gathered around 9.9K views.

Before launching, they posted awareness content that wasn’t directly promoting the app but focused on talking about God.
The videos feature simple nature scenes with short hooks at the beginning.
Each hook highlights how good and loving God is.
“Today I thank God, not for what I asked for, but for what I already have”
“I don’t trust God to calm all my faced storms, I trust Him to carry me through them.”
“Sometimes I don’t see the strategy. I just choose to obey, because I trust in His plan that God is already working”
And so on.
They’re also testing a second format that looks the same but uses a photo instead of a video, still starting with the hook.
After the app launch, the format shifted. The latest video now promotes the app directly.
It opens with a headshot of the AI creator and a hook to introduce the app.
She reacts with surprise on camera, using the familiar UGC style we all recognize.
So far, the videos haven’t received much engagement, with few likes and only a handful of comments.
