6 new apps that have just started trending on TT/Reels
We’re back for a brand new issue of sharing the newest, youngest apps we’ve spotted recently.
In case you missed it, we turned one of our biggest research leverages into a public tool, so if you’re not using it your competitors will. Check out our free App Store tracker.
Let’s begin.
Pulse Buddy
This app has not yet been released. After the success of StressWatch on TikTok, the first Apple Watch app we’ve covered, it seems like competitors are entering the chat.
However, they’re prepping the field, with already three accounts being warmed up.
One of them is Mar, one of the main ambassadors for StressWatch (and any other relevant Gen Z app these days tbh). You can see all accounts here.
Content is a mix of UGC and app demo (on watch). No viral outlier just yet.

Oppfy
Another app that hasn’t been released yet. This one is a social app where your friends post on your feed, and you on theirs. It’s expected to come out in December 2025.
Across 6 TikTok accounts, they started posting end of June and already got their first 3.3M views. Their content isn’t turning into waitlist conversion (yet), as they’ve been pushing this awareness format rather than app-focused.
These two videos are from tt@august.oppfy, their best performing account so far.
You can track all their ambassadors here. They’re currently targeting Spanish and English speaking users.

Bible Mode
This new bible app was released in May, but now they’re scaling faceless accounts on TikTok and warming them up, one by one.
The use case isn’t new: screen time control app but for Christians (remember Pray Screen ?). Hence the name, put your phone in “bible mode”.
On a first glance we spotted 5 accounts, but there’s more. Half started posting at the end of June, another half at the end of July. Track them all here as we keep finding the rest.
All posts are faceless slideshows. In some accounts, they repurpose images from Pinterest/Google…@bible.amen

… while others are trying the same with AI-generated UGC (low quality):@biblemode2

Nori
Nori is the new food scanning app. It was just released, on June 18th and it’s already at 20K monthly downloads and $10k mrr.
We found two accounts so far. It started off with this one, which was promoting paid ads, for two weeks in July.
But now, it seems like they’re going down the ambassador route. Bella has been posting one video a day, starting on August 1st.
No breakthrough yet, but this is the format. UGC, hand-over-mouth format followed by a phone-in-hand recording with app demo.

Teracy
Another social app that hasn’t been launched yet. It’s on test flight, available for early access.
They started TikTok distribution on July 20th, with 7 accounts being prepared. You can see all of them here.
So far, no outlier to remark. They’ve been testing around with formats and taking a bet on long hooks over headshot UGC. Videos below are the best performing so far, with 3K views combined.
They’re clearly trying to tap into the long-distance-relationship niche.@hannah.teracy

Soul Quest
Last but not least, a new couple x Bible app (our favorites). A Christian/couple game with questions to ask your partner.
This ones was launched on June 13th and it’s on its way to get its first thousand downloads.
All three accounts are featuring the same creator, under different names. The creator is Nessa, who works for Couple Joy and Bible Chat.
792K views already… check them all here.
Two scenarios here… Either she’s working for them and managing three accounts as three different people (unlikely), or they’re simply taking her footage from other videos and editing to make their UGC opening clips.
Which one do you think it is?

That’s it for today.
See you soon Growth Engineers,
